Me and my husband are both body builders and we want our daughter to follow in our footsteps. She is currently five and we have her on a strict protein diet and she works out maybe four times a week, just a half hour of weight training.
She has a pretty good physique now and was wondering if anybody had any tips for helping her bulk out a bit. Maybe better protein shakes or mild steroids or something?
Surely you could just give her a little bit more protein...I certainly wouldnt advise using steroids of any kind
