Really getting stressed!

Im getting really stressed out and im not sure what to do. my Daughter is eight weeks old and i have a two year old and im struggling to cope with them both. My husband works nights and so is sleeping all day and then isnt there at night. It is all getting on top of me really and im not sure how to cope.

He comes home in the morning and feeds the baby and breifly plays with our two year old but then we dont have any time to spend with each other. Not sure what I am expecting here really because im not sure what i can do about it!

Any advise?
